
Noomane Fehri – Biography
Noomane Fehri is the Chairman of OurDigitalFuture (ODF), a leading organization committed to empowering deeptech startups and fostering innovation ecosystems across Africa and beyond.
He is also General Partner at MEDIN Fund Management, where he oversees TITAN SEED, a fund dedicated to supporting early-stage deeptech founders. His commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship extends to the African continent, where he serves as the technical advisor to the Government of Lesotho for the World Bank-funded CAFI project—a $12.5 million initiative aimed at creating 500 startups over five years.
An influential figure in the business angel community, Noomane is the Founder and President Emeritus of the Maghreb Business Angel Network (MDBAN) and a founding member and advisory board member of the African Business Angel Network (ABAN).
With over 30 years of international experience in the digital technology sector across Africa, Europe, and Asia, Noomane has held leadership roles in top-tier global firms. As Tunisia’s Minister of Digital Economy (2015–2016), he championed reforms that sparked the emergence of the country’s startup ecosystem, most notably through the landmark “Startup Act,” which has since inspired similar policies in over ten African nations. He is widely recognized as a key initiator of the African Startup Act movement.
